Our weekly review of the currency markets will highlight several different markets including a look at the Dollar Index. As the dollar index has continued to show strength over the short term, it reminds us eerily of 2008. As long as the European issues continue to weigh down the euro, we will continue to see the dollar above 77 which may cause concern in other markets such as gold.
