All of us have been there. We see a setup that fits into our plan, we take the setup and then the market goes against us and we take a loss. Then to make matter worse, we are so upset about the losing trade that we then in turn miss setups down the line that do work out and would have made our money back. How do we rebound after a losing trade? How can we learn from losing trades?
