The Euro Market and the Skipping Stone Theory

We had quite a bit of success today, but we will start off by looking at a market we didn’t enter, the Euro. The Euro is showing what we like to refer to as the skipping stone theory. As the market pulls up and then drops, it is always a lower pullback. We would need to see a two bar break of the channel followed by a pullback before thinking this market could move higher.
