Fading Unfilled Down Gaps

In today’s daily wrap, we will discuss fading gaps in the markets when there is an unfilled down gap that closed above its open. Taking a look at this type of pattern, we see that it has favored the shorts historically. This pattern does not emerge very often though so be sure to keep that in mind.
